Let’s get cooking

 

Saturday June 18,  10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

It is summer, time to eat delicious and healthy salads.  Today we will learn how to make Larb Gai (chicken salad) and Shrimp Vermicelli salad. Both are totally different and both are extremely popular in Thailand. You will be surprised to find out how easy and wonderfully delicious these salads are.

Saturday June 25, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Let do stir-fried today.  Students will learn how to make Spicy Chicken with Basil and mild Lomein with Asian Veggies.  We will make two one dish meals which are fabulously tasty and easy to make.
